Butternut Squash and Lobster Bisque

This is made with butternut squash from my friend right her in Marshall County and lobster from my lobsterman friend in Maine.  We cook the lobster when in Maine, flash freeze it and vacuum seal it for savoring this time of year when we miss our friends and family in Maine, but definitely don’t want to be dealing with their weather.

The rich, flavorful and creamy soup is perfect for these chilly winter days.
