Caesar Salad with Greenhouse Farms Romaine Lettuce with Whole Grilled Chicken Breast
We start with the freshest romaine we can get. I pick it up from the farmer on Tuesday morning and make the salads the day you pick them up. I only use the real Parmigiano Reggiano from Italy. The king of cheeses, in my opinion. Yes, there are anchovies in the dressing. No, it doesn’t taste fishy. I serve this with croutons made from our focaccia.
